We consider ourselves to be a constant work-in-progress and learning is ingrained in our work culture. Our highly experienced and demanding clients are our best teachers and we’re privileged to be able to work with them. 

We have a dedicated Learning Program, where frequent learning sessions are conducted by internal & external experts. Our Proto Workshop enables us to build early mock-ups and quick prototypes, where we integrate a hands-on approach with a focus on sensorial experiences. Our Mondays start with an Interactive session on varied subjects ranging from thoughts about design to interesting, meaningful stories that enrich our working – all of which are invaluable sources of engagement for the team. Its efficacy is no longer disputed as we’ve upheld this tradition for more than 14 years!

This is realized in spaces like Palm Beach, our outdoor cafe, where we make new friends through engaging conversations and the exchange of ideas. It also serves as our activity hub where we host all kinds of celebrations, in addition to our everyday coffee
breaks and lunches.

As a team, we work through a robust collaborative software platform with flexible Work from Home, Work from Office culture, where our responsibility to our values, work and colleagues seriously outweighs time spent at a desk.
