Every business today faces the challenge of growing in an uncertain market. The need to identify appropriate growth path and keep the operations agile to take on the next change are some of the core business challenges of today.
Elephant conducted an interactive workshop, showcasing the process of creating customer experience as a tool to address these challenges. A combination of hands-on activities and open discussions gave participants the opportunity to discover customer-experience based growth opportunities through customer journey interpretation. Further, few tools and activity helped participants understand that enhancing customer experience can be tested through low investment, easy to modify steps to evaluate high impact to business.
