How We Do

Discover: Understanding & Insights

  • The project process starts with Elephant team interacting closely with the top management and corporate marketing team of the organization to understand and clarify the corporate vision, business/brand strategies; category, customer segment and key usage insights; goals and corporate values. We study the needs and perceptions of all stakeholders of the brand. We also evaluate existing brand architecture and other brands of the company.

Define: Strategy Formulation

  • Using the Elephant proprietary tool, the team synthesizes the research findings to develop a positioning platform, brand identity articulation and naming strategy. The brand thought, design strategy and key visual idea are then defined.

Develop: Identity and Applications Design

  • The design team then takes the agreed upon design strategy and the visual idea further to develop the expression through the various visual assets of the brand.
    Using the brand’s visual system, key applications of external and internal brand touch points are designed.

Deploy: Identity Guidelines and Implementation

  • The final step in the design process is to document the brand usage and standards guidelines to facilitate consistent usage of the new brand assets across the touch points to build equity and image for the brand.
    Elephant team also advises on the launch strategy and rollout plan for the new brand. We train the client’s team and production partners to bring about effortless successful launch & implementation.
