Building a Brand out of a Boutique Hotel

A boutique hotel in Singapore wanted to establish itself and build its brand, to become relatable to visitors. We were asked to help with creating a story for the hotel, with a character inspired by Migratory Chinese, defining its visual language, and identifying outlets for projecting its new story.

We created a quaint story for the hotel and the brand experience to go along with it, by identifying various touch points in the user journey. We also defined visual, verbal, light and object palettes for the space, which complemented the core story.

To ensure uniformity and brand identification across outlets, we held an interactive workshop with other partners like architects, interior designers, F&B managers and digital designers.
