He has worked on prestigious projects for the Sultanate of Oman during his stint in the middle-east and as an independent design consultant before aligning with Elephant.

At Elephant, Gerry leads a bubbly squad of environment designers who excel in creating & delivering exceptional Brand & Retail experiences. Noteworthy assignments include a complete spatial & retail makeover for Axis Bank’s Regular, Flagship & Rural branches, Retail strategy & rollout programs for Titan Eye Plus, CEAT Tyres, Venkys XPRS and more recently – Jawa Motorcycle stores that bagged 2 coveted awards. Brand experience projects led by him include the corporate HQ for Praj Industries, Suzlon One Earth Campus, Dr. Reddy’s Campus and EON IT Park, to name a few. He was an esteemed member of the jury panel - Afaqs Foxglove Awards. He makes it a point to share his experience across academia. Most recently, he was invited by CEPT Ahmedabad to share The Stories Behind a Store. 

Gerry believes design is much like an adventure trip. A designer needs to plan but embrace the unexpected, explore but tread the road less travelled, listen with purpose & empathy, go the extra mile but unpack the undesirable and then… sit back and enjoy the view.

When he is not biking into the hills on a weekend, you’ll find him performing at a Jazz or fusion gig or delivering a session on creative music to a wild bunch of students.
