Nilanjan’s journey in design stems from a deep curiosity to explore how creativity can shape perception and drive transformation. A postgraduate in Communication Design from MIT Institute of Design, he brings nearly a decade's experience in crafting brand stories that blend strategy and imagination.
 
Since joining Elephant Design in 2022, Nilanjan leads projects with a strong focus on design strategy, creative conceptualization, and brand integration, ensuring every piece of work balances aesthetic appeal with business intent. He has partnered with leading brands such as Asian Paints, Reliance Group, Paper Boat, Tata Sampann, Bacardi, Future Group and JSW delivering impactful solutions across branding, packaging, and retail experiences.
 
He believes design is a practice of empathy and insight that goes beyond visuals to create meaning and connection. Beyond design, Nilanjan enjoys painting and exploring new forms of storytelling through writing, craft, installation, and even cooking, continually expanding the lens through which he sees and creates.
