Developed a signage and wayfinding system for Dr. Reddy’s largest campus to improve clarity, safety, and brand consistency. 
Science with Care
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, a global pharmaceutical brand headquartered in India, is driven by the mission of providing affordable and innovative medicines. With a massive workforce and large-scale campuses like the one in Bachupally, Hyderabad, the brand’s presence is as expansive as its purpose. The need was to create a cohesive, branded environment that aligned with their commitment to clarity, health, and human-centric design, translating their values into the everyday journeys of employees and visitors alike. 
Cohesion Through Clarity
The brand aimed to streamline campus navigation while reinforcing its visual identity. A minimal yet effective signage system was envisioned – one that could change behaviours subtly, elevate everyday user experiences, and unify different facilities under one scalable system. Through clear messaging, intuitive visual cues, and safety-focused interventions, the signage system now reflects both the precision and care that define Dr. Reddy’s. Understanding the Maze
We initiated the process by interacting with key business stakeholders and studying employee and visitor journeys across the vast campus. This helped us map inconsistencies in existing messaging, signage types, and structural clarity, setting the stage for a unified solution.
Designing for Direction
With user behaviour insights and brand sensibilities in mind, we built a comprehensive nomenclature and content structure. Visuals played with contrast, material textures, and brand colours. Simple forms and zone-based cues enabled instant recognition and direction clarity. 
Behaviour by Design
Signage elements were crafted to do establish a safe and mindful movement. From safety prompts to elevated visibility markers, every sign reinforced good practices. The system now offers a clear, consistent experience adaptable across Dr. Reddy’s global network.

Each signage was carefully thought out. The new system has de-cluttered the campus and created a uniform brand identity that can be adapted to other Dr. Reddy’s facilities & campuses whether in India or globally.
