Our researchers step into the private ecosystems of senior citizens—shadowing them from the moment they wake up to their final evening routines. By observing how a user tilts their bicycle to compensate for a slip in their slipper, or how they clutter a kitchen slab to avoid the pain of bending, we capture minute, high-fidelity insights.
