Crafted for Connoisseurs
Allied Breweries & Distilleries tasked us with designing a premium brandy bottle to challenge the category leader. The prospect of blown glass, capable of capturing the Kyron brand's elegance and essence, excited our design team.
We aimed to shift brandy consumers from mid-segment and leading brands. Therefore, the bottle needed to project a strong sense of aspiration and premium quality. To penetrate the existing market and establish Kyron, we crafted a design that embodies superior sophistication.
A Symbol of Prestige
Extensive consumer research revealed a preference for elegance, maturity, poetry, and nostalgia. Inspired by historical amphora shapes, we developed the bottle's form. We visualized smooth, subtle curves, a long neck, and a broad base, crafting it from glass to exude richness and sophistication. To complete the look, we added a tamper-proof hat profile cap. Additionally, our team designed the product brand, packaging, and carton.
We prototyped and engineered the bottle for production in various capacities. Since its launch, the bottle and brandy have successfully established the brand as a premium drink.
