Powering With Purpose
Suzlon, one of India’s leading renewable energy companies, has built its identity on sustainable energy solutions like wind and solar. As the company grew, so did the need to embed its values into the everyday lives of employees and visitors. Suzlon’s Pune-based One Earth campus sought to be a living expression of its green commitment, where every space communicated purpose, balance, and harmony with nature.
Living Sustainability Everyday
Suzlon wanted to instil pride, purpose, and mindfulness through its workplace design. By transforming ordinary spaces into curated storytelling touchpoints. With renewable elements, artistic interpretations, and environmental graphics, the campus became a symbol of its sustainability mission. This immersive space helped reinforce the brand ethos, influence employee behaviour, and earned national recognition for design excellence. Designing with Soul
The goal was clear: embed sustainability in daily life. We approached this through a holistic design program covering signage, murals, artifacts, art, installations, and storytelling aligned with Suzlon’s ethos and environmental narrative. 
Mapping the Journey
Using our proprietary “Psycho Experience” tool, we studied the entire user journey across the campus. This allowed us to deliver layered, emotion-driven experiences at strategic touchpoints, building memory markers for employees and visitors alike. 
Earth-Inspired Expressions
Building names echoed the “One Earth” theme and five natural elements. Artists and sculptors interpreted brand-led leitmotifs (knowledge, wind, people, and technology) through eco-conscious materials, creating a campus-wide visual and emotional narrative. 
Elephant designed a deeply immersive, sustainability-rooted environment at Suzlon’s Pune campus, combining art, storytelling, and systemised messaging for employees and visitors.
